Careers Education and Advice

Brent River College is committed to excellent work in Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) which it sees as a very important part of the school’s curriculum offer.  We aim to raise our students’ aspirations.  We provide independent Careers guidance in years 8 through to 11.

To achieve this, we provide a personalised approach for students with career experiences to enable them to make informed decisions about important life and educational choices.

We also ensure that students are given the opportunity to become aware of the wide range of education and training available to them, to include approved technical education qualifications and apprenticeships. The school works towards meeting the eight Gatsby Benchmarks which define excellence in Careers Guidance.

Our offer is in the booklet below.
